I had a wonderful opportunity to share the process of finding and writing a story to share, a first-person story –at the 2023 National Association for Home Care & Hospice conference at the Gaylord National Harbor.
The session attendees were engaged in learning, asked great questions, and many connected with me on social after the conference closed. As the session was being recorded, participants were reluctant to share their story directly to the group, but did share with others at their tables.
So, what’s your story?
Coffee-and-Courage 
I’ve survived into my mid 80s and have no idea why. Still looking for my purpose in life. I believe hospice is great and happy that you had a great experience at the conference. My husband was in hospice the last 5-6 months of his life and had wonderful, caring people taking care of him. Yes, I benefited from their care. His nurse even brought me brownies after my husband passed away.
